Our Process

A Process Built Around Your Success.

Clarity, precision and full accountability at every stage. You know exactly what we are building, exactly when, and exactly what it will cost — before a single hour of delivery time begins.

No surprises. No hidden fees. No invoice until you sign off.
Three Stages

Consult. Build. Deliver.

Every engagement follows the same disciplined framework — because discipline is what separates projects that succeed from projects that do not.

Consult.

We begin with a structured discovery session. Your objectives, challenges and requirements are mapped in precise detail. We document everything — your current state, your desired outcome, and the exact scope of work — before a single hour of delivery time is committed. You review and approve the brief. Only then do we proceed.

  • Initial discovery call — free, no obligation
  • Requirements mapping & documentation
  • Scope of work definition
  • Fixed-price quotation agreed in writing
  • Client sign-off obtained before work begins

Build.

With a signed-off specification in place, delivery begins. We work iteratively — building in clearly defined phases, with scheduled milestone reviews where you see progress, provide feedback, and confirm alignment. You are never left wondering what is happening or when.

  • Phased, iterative delivery
  • Milestone reviews at every stage
  • Full client visibility throughout
  • Adjustments made within agreed scope
  • Regular written progress updates

Deliver.

The completed deliverable is presented for your formal review. We do not raise an invoice until you have reviewed the work in full and provided written sign-off confirming it meets the agreed specification. Your satisfaction is a contractual prerequisite, not a courtesy.

  • Full client review of deliverables
  • Revision cycles within scope if required
  • Written sign-off obtained
  • Invoice raised only after approval
  • Post-delivery support window included

Why Our Process Protects You.

The majority of consulting and software projects that fail do so not because of technical complexity, but because of three entirely preventable causes: poor scope definition at the outset, a lack of transparency during delivery, and invoicing before the client has had the opportunity to properly review and approve the work.

Our process is designed explicitly to eliminate all three. We invest time in the specification phase that most firms skip. We maintain client visibility throughout delivery rather than working in isolation. And we do not raise a single invoice until you confirm, in writing, that the deliverable meets the agreed standard.

This is not a unique selling point. It is simply how professional consulting should work — and in our experience, how it rarely does.

No Upfront Fees

Your financial commitment begins only when work is complete and you are satisfied. No deposits, retainers or advance payments for standard engagements.

Written Specification Always

Every engagement begins with a documented scope of work — your contractual protection defining exactly what you receive and for exactly what price.

Milestone Transparency

Scheduled progress reviews at every delivery milestone. You see the work as it develops — not for the first time at final delivery.

Sign-Off Before Invoice

Written client sign-off is a contractual prerequisite before any invoice is raised. No approval means no invoice. It is that straightforward.
